Villa Description

Each floor of the villa is a separate room with its own entrance. The kitchen and living room are located on the ground floor with access to the pool. Two guest bedrooms shares the 2nd floor and one bathroom with a shower. The master bedroom is on the top floor with a panoramic sea view. The villa equipped with a Mul-T-Lock key system, so you will have only 1 key for everything (gates, kitchen and your bedroom).

The villa has its own fireplace with BBQ grate, just ask our staff to help you with firewood.

Booking Policy

What is basic check in and out time?

Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is until 12:00 noon. We’d really appreciate it if you could stick to these times.

Can I have early check in?

Early arrival may be requested at the time of booking or before arrival. This option is based on availability and may require additional rental payment. Complementary early arrivals cannot be guaranteed due to cleaning time between reservations. This option must be verified with us ahead of time.

We can store your luggage at the villa, before your check in time from 9 am. If your flight is much earlier, we recommend you to book an additional night.

Can I have late check out?

Late departure may be requested at the time of booking or before arrival. This option is based on availability and may require additional rental payment. Check-out until 4 pm cost 50% of daily rate, the check-out after 6 pm will cost 1 additional night.

Complementary late departures cannot be guaranteed due to cleaning time between reservations. This option must be verified with us ahead of time.

Do you have cribs and high chair?

Yes, we provide a baby cot, high-chair, baby bath and baby pot for free. We also have a single bed for a toddler for an extra cost. Please check the rate with our manager.
